A little under a month ago a preview of a shoot interview was posted on YouTube which had Jake Manning interviewing Caleb Konley for a podcast he hosts and produces. Since the video was posted it has gotten some flack with some people in the business. WWE DVDs That Should Be Released: Christian

The Peep Show: The Story of Christian

Christian-WWE-Return

The second on my list of DVDs that should be released by the WWE is a Christian documentary. Since his arrival in the WWE (then WWF) in 1998, he has had great matches as both a tag team specialist and as a singles competitor. He’s put on classic matches along aside his tag team partner Edge, feuding with the likes of the Dudley Boyz and the Hardy Boyz. These matches put him in the spotlight in which he later shined as a singles wrestler in matches against his former tag team partner Edge, Chris Jericho, Randy Orton, and Alberto Del Rio just to name a few. His accomplishments include winning the World Heavyweight Championship and ECW Championship each twice, held the Intercontinental Championship four times, and winning the Tag Team Championships nine times (he’s tied with Kane for the individual with the third most tag team title reigns, behind Billy Gunn with 10 and Edge with 12). He’s also won the European, Hardcore, and Light Heavyweight Championships each respectively once.

The DVD would document Christian’s near 20 year career as a wrestler (15 years with the WWF/E), from his debut match beating Taka Michinoku for the Light Heavyweight Championship, to his final match on the March 24, 2014 episode of Raw. Here are the matches I would include in this DVD set:

*Note: Not all videos are great quality or full matches. If you would like to see these matches in full (or in better quality), I would suggest watching them on the WWE Network (for only $9.99)
