WWE DVDs That Should Be Released: Kurt Angle

Intensity, Integrity, and Intelligence: The Kurt Angle Story

The third on my list of DVDs that should be released by WWE is a documentary of the only Olympic gold medalist in professional wrestling, Kurt Angle. Since his first match in 1999, Kurt Angle has proved that he is the best pure athlete that has ever stepped into a 20×20 ring. He earned the moniker, the most celebrated athlete in WW(F/E) history by having classic feuds with the Rock, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Brock Lesnar, Shawn Michaels, and the Undertaker, just to name a few. He is a 6 time World Champion, United States Champion, Intercontinental Champion, European Champion and Tag Team Champion, and there’s no doubt he’s a future Hall of Famer. IT’S TRUE, IT’S TRUE.

The DVD would document Angle’s near 7 year career in WW(F/E), from his debut match at Survivor Series 1999 with Shawn Stasiak to feuding with the “The Phenom” The Undertaker towards the end of his career with WWE in 2006.

*Due to the tragic events tat occurred in 2007, there are no Chris Benoit matches listed. It is unfortunate that I had to leave out some classic matches from this match list.

*Note: Not all videos are great quality or full matches. If you would like to see these matches in full (or in better quality), I would suggest watching them on the WWE Network (for only $9.99)

On the May 11th edition of Monday Night Raw, Daniel Bryan made his way down the entrance ramp, with the Intercontinental Championship in his hand while wearing a button down plaid shirt and jeans. At this time Bryan stood in the middle of the ring with a microphone in hand, as 10,000 fans chanted “YES!” and relinquished the Intercontinental Championship. This felt like deja vu to WWE fans, as Daniel had to vacate the WWE World Heavyweight Championship almost a year prior to this night. Despite the uncertainty in his career, wrestling fans we are still waiting for the day Bryan returns to a wrestling ring, wither it be for WWE or on the independent scene.

Even with having a 6 year career with WWE, there’s still matches that fans would like to see Daniel have, wither it has happened before or wither it’s a first time ever dream match. Here are my five picks for matches I would like to see Daniel Bryan have in a WWE ring.
